As our Human Resources Operations Advisor you will work in a friendly environment in a group of 8 people in our location in Duebendorf (Zuerich). This group consists of Business HR representatives, Recruiting, Apprenticeship and HR Operations. You will be part of the operations team (3 people in total). In addition you will have direct contact to our "Swiss team" in our Shared Service Centre in Poland.
Within HR Operations you are responsible for the following tasks: * You will act as Team lead for the 2 local persons * Acting as main partner to neighbour organisations within HR and Business * Direct interaction with HR Mgmt in Country and Function * Lead and drive process simplification and standardization * Acting as main point of contact to our Shared Service Centre in Poland * Lead cross organisational projects * Administration of all operational work during a "life time cycle" of an employee * Generation of working contracts * Handling of Job changes, Promotions and certificates * Provide HR Operations support to employees in local & virtual environment * Collaboration in processing of salary increase cycles * Administration of pension plans and assurances * Generation of references, early retirement contracts and terminations * Maintenance of HR-Database * Administration of personnel files * Introduction and Maintenance of Manager and Employee Self Services
Contact HR * Acting as Case Manager Lead * Escalation point for unresolved cases within the HR organization * Handling of all HR-Support Questions together with regional Service Centres * Timely escalation of problem cases
Experience required:
Ideally 3-4 years experience in a HR role
Knowledge and Skills required: * Proven strengths in driving process change & simplification * Deep project mgmt skills * Competent at business mgmt level * Fluent in German (native speaker) and English is a must * Solid French skills an asset * Strong customer orientation * Knowledge of country specific regulations * Knowledge of Human Resource (HR) processes and systems * Attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure
