- Direct current system and platform analysis and leverage information for design decisions - Evaluate and anticipate the impact of technical solutions on related projects - Write technical specifications - Translate technical solutions based on client's needs and feasibility - Evaluate vendor projects and prepare recommendations based on the impact of hardware or software upgrades on new and existing applications - Understand interrelationships and the impact of systems and applications upon the enterprise wide technical environment - Articulate technology options to executive stakeholders - Define technical roadmaps for Windows/Intel servers in the Target stores
Requirements
- 4-year degree or equivalent Information Technology (IT) industry experience - Five years systems and programming, technical support or implementation experience in either applications, technical services or telecommunications areas - Strong verbal, presentation and written communications skills for technical audiences, i.e. being able to explain technical solutions to technical teams - Good interpersonal, problem solving, reasoning and analytical skills - Good negotiation skills - Self starter with self initiative and direction - Experienced in Microsoft Windows Server technologies, including virtualization
