It is currently building a team ofTechnical Helpdesk AnalystsinBowling Green, KY. Job Responsibilities: These positions will provide basic technical support to our clients via the phone & email. This includes password resets, troubleshooting printer setup, basic diagnosing of software, and answering questions on account specific applications. Those issues that you are unable to resolve will be escalated to other internal Dell Perot Systems teams. Required Skills: To be considered for this role, applicants must have established knowledge of specific software such as Windows2000/ XP/Vista, Office 2000/2003 and MS Exchange.
