We are seeking a experienced software engineer/Technical Leader with rock-solid design & analysis skills with proven track record of leading and participating in large Software Projects. This would include past experience in design, development, and creation of a usable and stable product. The ideal candidate should be even-keel, facts-based, prudent when dealing with customer issues and exercise great sense of judgment around code changes. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on Cisco Identity Services Engine next generation features that are redefining how Enterprise networks are managed using corporate policies, user identities and context such as user access, location etc in a centralized and consistent manner. Primary Responsibilities: . Work closely with a cross functional team to design and lead new feature development . Work closely with fellow developers on SW/system architecture . Required skills: . Web Application Development . Proven skills in developing Server based solutions . Java, J2EE & JDBC; JBoss . XML, SOAP, WSDL, and developing Web Services . JMS messaging bus . Java, J2EE & JDBC, JBoss, Hibernate and MySQL, MSSQL, XML, XPATH, XSLT, D /XHTML . Javascript; CSS, JSP, Servlets, STRUTS/MVC . UML or OOAD, Jasper or equivalent reporting framework . Experience with security technologies including SSL, encryption, certificates, and FIPS . Knowledge and direct experience in L2-L7 networking technologies including SSL/TLS is a plus .
