THE ROLE: We are looking for a energetic, smart, tech savvy, quick learner who can be a Technical Support Representative for our web collaboration software. THE OPPORTUNITY: You will be working closely with existing staff and company founders who have successfully run several businesses in the past. You will be exposed to many aspects of how a successful web software business is run. DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES * Answer Support emails (30-40) / Take Inbound Support Calls (5-10) * Answer/Moderate the web based forum * Create Support collateral / manage FAQs * Update Developer Wiki * Manage the Help Center * Create Help Videos * Create Style Templates (light html/css) * Assist in pre sales opportunities REQUIRED SKILLS * Excellent English communication (written and verbal) skills * Strong Knowledge of Internet and Web Terminology * Some HTML/CSS knowledge a plus * Proficient Typing Skills * Comfortable with Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Excel and Outlook * Experienced with PC and Mac Operating Systems as well as a variety of browsers including Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari.</li> EXPECTED BACKGROUND * Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred * Strong Knowledge of Internet/Web Concepts/Web 2.0 * Ability to work with a small, high-energy team * Experience in a help desk or related field a plus
