Overview:
As required, under general direction, coordinates a team's efforts during all phases of a project life cycle, acting as technical and/or project leader. Organizes, prioritizes and delegates assignments to achieve best possible results while maximizing resources and ensuring project deadlines are met. Is part of the Management team, held accountable for meeting assigned project objectives, business requirements and deliverables while providing team members with overall support and project direction.

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in combination of formal education and related work experience.
Prefer experience with Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management System, or another WMS System (High Jump, Red Prairie, Sterling Commerce, etc).
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a supervisor or project manager leading software development teams.
Strong people leadership skills with experience leading teams of 7 or more.
Strong decision making skills (analysis, prioritization, time management and issue resolution).
Superior critical thinking, writing, presentation, and project management skills.
Excellent motivational skills (individual and group) for results achievement.
Understands the fundamentals of technology and has a solid basis for which to interpret technological solutions.
Required minimum of 3 years experience with vendor management, through packages (SAP, Oracle, TIBCO, WMS, etc), SOW fixed deliverable and time and materials.
Familiarity with middle tier technology such as websphere, java, and Oracle.
This position will be involved with the warehouse management solutions from Manhattan Associates
