Position Summary
In Technical Services, youll leverage your problem-solving and programming skills, combined with our comprehensive training program, to help support our nationwide clients. Youll become an expert in our applications and work closely with our customers most technical staff to help ensure their organizations continued success.
Beyond your work with our customers, you will have the opportunity to participate in many aspects of the software field, including troubleshooting, development, analysis, training, quality assurance, project management and installation. Technical Services is a dynamic role, requiring quick thinking, motivation, and a willingness to learn.

Requirements:
Candidates should have a bachelors degree or higher (all majors considered), a history of academic success demonstrated by a minimum 3.2 cumulative GPA, strong analytical and reasoning skills, and be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Because we train internally, no prior technical experience is necessary, but exposure to programming is a plus. Relocation to Madison, Wisconsin is required and reimbursed.
