The Technical Coordinator is responsible for but not limited to copiers, printers, multifunctional printer equipment, customer satisfaction, trouble-shooting, hardware and related technology, and Help Desk assistance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Perform basic preventive maintenance on copiers, printers and fax equipment at various locations * Respond to customer request for service and/or supplies within allotted time (paper jams, toner replacement, color calibration, paper tray refills, etc.) * Installation, move and removal of copiers, printers and fax equipment. * Contact equipment providers for service as necessary * Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail * Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages * Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude * Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment * Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines * Take direction from supervisor or site manager * Perform other tasks as assigned and participate in cross-training * Adhere to all safety procedures

The ideal candidates must be able to demonstrate the following qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred * Minimum of 1 year customer service related experience * Ability to interfacing with end user in professional manner, sense of urgency * Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (telephone) * Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment * Competency in performing multiple functional tasks * Ability to meet employer's attendance policy * Lifting up to 50 pounds * Standing for long periods of time * Significant walking * A certification a plus * Valid driver's license with a good driving record * Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check for Pitney Bowes.
