Your Responsibilities: - Atender chamados de assistência técnica dos planejadores do Call Center, disponibilizando o equipamento ao cliente no menor tempo possível e ao menor custo para companhia. - Informar os responsáveis dos problemas para a execução do item acima (escalação) no menor tempo possível. - Preencher relatórios diversos e apontamento das horas trabalhadas.
Your Profile: - Experiência no desempenho de funções técnicas (manutenção ou projeto). - Desejável experiência em manutenção de equipamentos de tecnologia (como telecomunicações, por exemplo). - Será um diferencial possuir experiência em manutenção de equipamentos médicos como Tomografia Computadorizada, Equipamentos de Hemodinâmica / Raio-X, Ressonâncias Magnéticas e/ou Medicina Nuclear.
