Our continued growth has resulted in an exciting opportunity for a Technical Support Analyst within our Taleo Business Edition group. Our Taleo Business Edition is a customizable on-demand recruiting software suite delivered as a web-based service targeted to small and mid-size clients. This position will be located in Jacksonville, FL.
We are seeking a dynamic self-starter with a passion for client service and a strong desire to help refine our existing support model to join our top-notch team. You will be responsible for the development of processes and knowledge documentation, as well as working with our Sales and Engineering teams. Additional duties include the following: * Provide setup and configuration support requiring knowledge of HTML and Taleo Business Edition and related technologies. * Perform efficient incident management, while maintaining metric quotas. * Understand and assess customer-reported issues to determine prioritization. * Serve as an internal knowledge resource for other members of the Taleo organization. * Utilize knowledge of Internet and PC technologies to make solution recommendations. * Analyze and validate issues transferred to R&D. * Manage and ensure documentation of assigned incidents, including internal and external communications. * Ensure every customer contact is handled professionally and with excellent customer care. * Learn, understand, maintain and contribute to internal support processes. * Maintain strong adherence to Service Level Agreements. * Participate in special projects, as assigned. * Set-up customer Trials (as assigned). * Configure 3rd party integrations (as assigned).
Do you have what it takes? Our ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of prior software and/or technical support experience, including the ability to think logically, quickly, and creatively in resolving a variety of customer issues. In addition, you will bring to the table the following: · Solid grasp of basic HTML tags and basic understanding of css files. · Resourcefulness with strong research, analytical and technical problem solving skills. · Excellent written/oral communication skills. · Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. · Effective time and project management skills to push initiatives and results efficiently and effectively. · Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
