Technical Support Analyst
Job Summary
We are looking for a sharp, team oriented, and highly motivated individual. The ideal candidate will provide external client support, system monitoring, problem analysis and resolution, and technical assistance.This individual will assist team of integration analysts with follow-up and progress at all stages of the customer lifecycle performing support related tasks. This position is extremely customer focused and requires excellent communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with Level-1 support of NetDirector web application. Tasks include: daily monitoring, managing support tickets, and new client setup in system/letters.
Performs routine software monitoring and maintenance and assists in proper upkeep and utilization of systems.
Maintains applicable records including help-desk system entries, user lists, user accounts, system updates (i.e.: new fields/spreadsheets).
Provides coordination of vendor and client accounts, provides follow-up and startup assistance for new customers. Tasks include: sending requests to vendors for new referrals/documents and sending/follow up on tickets to client systems.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
