The Bosch Automotive Aftermarket Division markets a wide variety automotive parts and diagnostic service equipment through service dealers, and independent automotive retailers and specialty aftermarket distributors. Products include spark plugs, wiper blades, filters, alternators, starters, gasoline and diesel fuel injection components and more. The division is committed to developing innovative products to ensure that motorists get premium performance products to keep their vehicles running like new.
Job Description :
1. Answer incoming calls to the Service Center. 2. Log all incoming items in Repair Database. 3. Make daily contact with customers to inform them of repair pricing and explain the benefits of upgrading equipment when applicable. 4. Generate order acknowledgements and packing slips for the service center. 5. Accurately log all incoming testers into the Service Center#s database. 6. Enter data into receiving log as necessary. 7. Work with the supervisor to continually improve communications with sales staff and customers. 8. Work with supervisor to continually improve the level of service to customers.
Job Requirements :
1. High School diploma or equivalent 2. For N2: Two years customer service or call center experience; preferably in the auto industry. For N3: 4+ years 3. General Automotive knowledge ong oral and written communication skills 5. Good customer service skills 6. Good PC skills: Microsoft Office software (i.e., Word, Excel and Access) 7. Ability to work overtime
