Technical Support Representative
Description: This is a challenging opportunity that will allow you to demonstrate your expertise while assisting growers and dealers with installation, operation and troubleshooting of Yield Monitors, GPS Receivers, Planting and Application controllers, and Mapping Software. You will work out of the engineering/technical support office primarily doing customer technical support. Your work will have an impact on the development of current and future products. Both full-time and 7-month internship positions are available.
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding technical and customer service to owners and dealers via telephone or email.
Troubleshoot precision farming hardware and software.
Assist with customer, dealer, and intern training.
Give product presentations to dealers or other interested parties.
Assist with hardware and software product testing.
Process orders and document product and customer information.
Provide input for continual improvement and development in a team environment.
Qualifications
2 or 4 year Ag Systems Technology Degree or enrollment in related technical program.
Computer skills of common application programs preferred.
Aptitude for hardware/software technical systems.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, dealer and coworkers.
Demonstrates skills to accurately and efficiently solve problems in a fast paced environment.
