JOB DESCRIPTION: Are you good with people as well as computers? XIGroup is looking for a responsible, motivated Level I Technical Support Representative to help provide high quality customer support on a wide variety of inquiries from customers, including questions on product functionality, usability, basic e-mail support, product training, and various other Level 1 Help Desk duties . The applicant will be accountable for customer satisfaction by achieving prescribed, measurable performance goals within the department. Duties & Responsibilities: Respond to and investigate customer inquiries, concerns and issues via phone or email. Provide answers to inquiries relating to our products, issue status, and any other questions that may arise Contact customers to follow-up on customer issues and supply updates Assist other departments with various projects such as e-mail integration or data migration Work with other departments to ensure timely follow up and issue resolution JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors Degree at an accredited 4 year institution Capable of working well in a team environment Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills (phone and written) Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to learn very quickly and multi-task are critical Ability to make decisions quickly using good judgment Strong proficient working knowledge of the Internet (web, email) and databases Punctual, patient, friendly, trustworthy, strong team player Experience in telephone customer service and sales, or related function is a plus Eager to perform all required tasks of business operation in a small division of a parent company If this is you, please submit your resume to us!
