Join our team. We are looking for qualified, bright and dynamic candidates interested in working on products supported by the most advanced optic fiber network in Canada.

Main responsibilities:

As a Technical Support Representative Level 2, you will receive calls related to FIBE products (voice, Internet and TV) and will:

  • Provide support to technicians in the field that are installing or repairing Bell's fiber-optic products.
  • Provide customer and technical support for Bell's fiber-optic subscribers
  • In all your dealings, you will strive to improve customer satisfaction with your excellent customer service

Our job offer and details:

  • The call center is located at 360 Lisgar Street, in downtown Ottawa
  • Compensation: 18$/hour, completed by an annual incentive bonus
  • Schedule: availability requested Monday to Sunday between 7 am and Midnight (Schedule are provided in advance to allow better planning of your activities.) 37.5 hours per week guaranteed
  • Employee benefits include access to the employee discount program on services

Requirements:

Bilingual (English and French)

  • High school certificate
  • College degree or equivalent experience in the telecommunications, networking or information technology
  • Able to work in a constantly evolving computerized environment
  • Technical support experience in, an asset
  • Call center experience in, an asset

Les principales responsabilites:

a titre de Representant support technique niveau 2, vous recevrez des appels relies aux produits FIBE (voix, Internet et tele) et devrez:

  • Offrir du support aux techniciens sur le terrain, qui installent ou repare un produit de la fibre optique Bell
  • Offrir du support aux clients qui vivent une situation technique problematique reliee aux produits de la fibre optique Bell
  • Dans tous vos echanges, vous viserez a accroitre le niveau de satisfaction des clients par l'excellence de votre service a la clientele

Notre offre de travail et precision:

  • Le centre d'appels est situe au 360 rue Lisgar, au centre-ville d'Ottawa
  • Remuneration :
    • a l'entree en poste 18$/heure
    • Completee par une prime de rendement annuelle
  • Horaires variables. Disponibilite requise du lundi au dimanche entre 7h et minuit (les horaires de travails sont communiques a l'avance afin de permettre une meilleure planification de vos activities.)
  • 37,5 heures par semaine garantie

Connaissances requises:

  • Bilinguisme (anglais et francais)
  • Diplome d'etudes secondaires
  • Diplome d'etudes collegiales ou experience equivalente dans les telecommunications, la mise en reseau ou l'informatique
  • Aptitudes a travailler dans un environnement informatise toujours en progression
  • Experience en soutien technique, un atout
  • Experience en centre d'appels, un atout
