Position Overview:
As the Technical Support Representative focused on our Swedish Market, you will provide technical support and identify technical training needs to Welch Allyn's Swedish customer base and the commercial and field services staff. Your responsibilities will include frontline support for "connected" and "IT-based" solutions. Key Responsibilities:
You will speak fluent Swedish and have good working English. Other Nordic languages would be a great asset. We require a Degree in Technology or equivalent along with experience with IT based products and connectivity solutions in Technical Support or related field. We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 4 years telephone technical customer support as well as being a highly motivated and technically oriented person. You have in depth knowledge of Windows Operating systems working in a Network environment (Wireless and 10/100 wired LAN); knowledgeable in Microsoft OS i.e. Windows 95/98, Windows 2000, windows XP, Microsoft Server 4.0/2000/2003; and knowledge of database programs (SQL server 7.0, 2000, MSDE). Knowledge of SAP as well as Cardiopulmonary / Medical technical support experience would be a plus. Overtime and Travel will be required as needed. Required Background:
