Senior .NET Development Analyst We are seeking a Senior .NET Development Analyst professional with advanced skills and proficiency in using C#, using SQL Server 2005/2008. Qualified candidates will meet the following expectations: Participate in the full life-cycle development process of analysis, design, development, testing and deployment of applications and systems. Work directly with our client's application team members to resolve problems and provide technical assistance in maintenance, upgrade, and troubleshooting activities. Design according to the specifications and direction of the Technical Lead following our clients standards. Successfully develop, test, troubleshoot, and deploy the application according to best practices and adhering to our clients standards. Provide communication and coordination between several diverse working groups. Function independently in the area of Microsoft .NET and SQL Server 2005/2008 data object development. The Senior Development Analyst will perform tasks across the entire spectrum of technical application and system development. This position is involved in the full software development life-cycle processes of requirements, analysis, design and architecture, development, testing and implementation of information systems for our clients customers. This position works directly with customers and other technical staff to resolve problems and provide technical assistance on applications in production and development. This position participates in the development of software products at all steps in the life-cycle, lead and complete moderately complex quality assurance and quality control tasks. They are responsible and competent to work on moderate to complex software projects and to apply their experience testing large-scale business applications with minimal supervision and support, ensuring that the software developed is correct, stable, responsive, and of the highest quality possible within established constraints. The technical environment will include associated technologies and application architectures for n-tier applications. Skills - Experience - Education: The following are required: 5+ years experience in software development application development role. 3-5+ years experience in .NET with a focus on using C#. Proven experience with .NET framework, patterns and practices. Proven experience developing applications for web environments. Experience with 3.5 or higher Proven experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 tools: SQL Server Management Studio and Profiler with a focus on T-SQL. Proven experience in understanding application architecture, design and web architecture and design. 3+ months experience using LINQ to SQL Experience using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) for web services development Working knowledge of software quality assurance practices, including automated builds, deploying assemblies, web distribution methods, content control and deployment testing. Experience in developing unit tests. Experience with configuration management tools and bug tracking tools: Subversion, Elementool or similar.
