Le technicien travaillera en clientèle principalement dans la grande région de Montréal, avec de courts voyages dans des régions plus éloignées du Québec et de l?Ontario. Faisant partie de l'équipe "IMAC", le technicien fera les installations ou changements d'équipements informatiques pour un de nos clients majeurs (selon des procédures établies). Il travaillera seul ou en équipe, selon les mandats. Il pourrait effectuer aussi, à l'occasion, des appels de maintenance sur divers équipements, tels ordinateurs, imprimantes, etc. Conditions de travail · Emploi permanent · Autre forme de rémunération : Remboursement kilométrique · Nombre d'heures par semaine : 40 heures, pouvant dépasser à l'occasion. · Horaire variable : Assignations possibles du lundi au vendredi (de jour ou de soir) et samedi occasionnel. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The technician will work on site, mostly in the Greater Montreal area, with short occasional business travels to remote regions of the provinces of Quebec and Ontario. As a member of the "IMAC" team, the technician will perform installations of or make changes to computer equipment for one of our major customers (based on established procedures). He/she will work alone or in a team, based on assignments. He/she could occasionally answer to maintenance calls on various equipment, such as computers, printers, etc. Work conditions · Other form of compensation: mileage allowance. · Weekly hours of work: 40, or over occasionally. · Flexible work schedule: possible assignments from Monday through Friday (day or evening) and occasionally on Saturday.
Requirements
Exigences · DEC en Gestion de réseaux ou Tech. de systèmes ordinés. · 1 à 2 ans d'expérience. · Doit posséder une voiture en bon état pour être autonome dans ses déplacements en clientèle. · Langue(s) demandée(s) : Très bonne connaissance du français et connaissance de base (atout mais non requis) de l?anglais · Compétences : Fiable, sérieux, dynamique, bonne capacité d'apprentissage, organisé et à l'aise avec le Service à la Clientèle. · Le candidat devra accepter qu'une vérification de ses antécédents soit faite. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Requirements · Diploma of Collegial Studies in network management or Network Systems Technician. · 1-2 years of experience. · Must have a vehicle in good order to be autonomous when travelling on site. · Requested language(s): very good knowledge of French and basic knowledge (preferred but not mandatory) of English. · Skills: reliable, serious, dynamic, good learning and organizational skills, and at ease with Customer Service. · The candidate has to accept that a background inquiry be made.
