This position is for full time employment only. Contingent labor and agencies need not apply. Develops, maintains and delivers training related to all company products to our cutomers and employees. Possesses deep knowledge of the product to facilitate active discussions. Position includes key instructor reponsibilities which entails accountability for planning and preparing activities prior to instruction, evaluating classroom and course effectiveness and managing subject matter expertise. Primary duties and responsibilities include: Develops courseware, prepare training materials and assists with planning training. Provides verbal and written Step-by-Step instructions to users with regards to using our products. Monitors employee progress and program effectiveness by reminding students of original objectives. Lends support to employees and clients where appropriate during and after training. Tests and troubleshoots an array of software and hardware problems and tracks issues and ensures they are resolved in a timely manner and escalated as appropriate. Converses in non-technical terms with users when appropriate. Other activities as needed. Requirements: Education Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Equivalent Work Experience Will Be Taken Into Consideration. Experience: - 1-3 years experience in consulting/client-facing roles. - 1-3 years experience in the healthcare/payer industry - 1-3 years experience in design and delivery of application training - 1-3 years with a utilization management application Systems: TriZetto Care Advance Enterprise v4.61 or 4.41 (Technical) Good knowledge of MS Office MS SQL Server Blaze Advisor Facets Informatica/SSIS C+ XML Javascript HTML Other Abilities: Healthcare Background Enterprise Implementation & Integration System Administration Database Administration Technical Application Support Technical Application Configuration Advanced mathematics aptitude Data Integration / ETL System Environment Install Intermediate communication capabilities Intermediate organizational abilities Intermediate comprehension capabilities Up to 80% travel required including weekend travel as needed
