Job Description
Design and develop technical manuals, brochures, training materials, or other documentation for internal use, customer reference, marketing, or other purposes. Researches technical reference materials; gathers relevant technical information, coordinates with engineering, IT, or other technical experts, and develops draft and final copies of technical documentation. Requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent and 5+ years of experience.

Gathers, analyzes, translates and composes technical information into logical, readable and understandable documents for use by technical and non-technical personnel. Composes and reviews technical documents to include user's manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports. Edits functional descriptions. Systems specifications, user's manuals, special reports, or any other deliverables or documents as required. Conducts research to ensure the proper use of technical terminology.
Required IT Training and Certifications
ITIL® v3 Foundations certification
Demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Office applications
HP Service Manager 7.11 End-User Training is highly desirable
Familiarity with SharePoint is highly desirable

Current and Active TS/SCI with poly required.
