AFNet Resolution Specialist [SC/MSE] Makes recommendations for With government supervisor approval, leads/implementsing the command's efforts for overall user-AFNet issue coordination, advocacy, resolution. Assists Specializes in coordinating and resolving specific issues regarding credential issues such as status changes for Air Reserve Technicians (ARTs), Active-Guard Reserve (AGR), users with multiple roles in the AFNet. Assists the COR in Rreadings, developings, improvinges, and distributinges AFNet Standard Operating Processes (SOPs). Assists the COR in Ssubmitting changes to the AFNet for SOPs, checklists, etc. to improve AFNet activities. Assists in Ssearchinges Remedy tickets across the command (HQ and bases) for credentialing (as an example) for issues requiring MAJCOM advocacy to resolve. Makes recommendations to Coordinates with ASE, MCCC and ESD to resolve issues. Assists the COR in Ddevelopings Tier 0 content to improve user community on issues. Provides recommendations to Coordinates/informs local technicians and base level technicians on issues. Provides recommendations to Coordinates with bases on user ticket resolution, as required. Provides recommendations Coordinates on process improvements to make better efficiencies in AFRC to save resources (etc., costs, personnel, etc.). Other tasks as required.
Associates Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
1-3 years of directly related experience supporting network operations.
Required: 8570 Certifications, CompTIA Security+ at a minimum or able to acquire prior to commencing employment
