The SAP Talent Management / Enterprise Learning Solution Outsourcing (LSO) Application Consultant

The SAP Talent Management / Enterprise Learning Solution Outsourcing (LSO) Application Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of SAP Talent Management technology/process deliverables; particularly in the SAP Enterprise Learning (LSO) module. This role assists clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of large-scale SAP HCM/EL application s consultant will also be involved in business requirements, process and system design, fit/gap analysis (Blueprint Phase), System Configuration and Testing (Realization Phase) and in the Post Go Live support. He/she will provide functional knowledge & manage client relationships within context of individual role. Position requires 100% travel. This role assists clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions. They use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients' business environment in order to achieve client expected business results. NO RELOCATION REQUIRED, just willingness to travel from a major airport. Required • High School Diploma/GED • At least 4 years experience in SAP • At least 3 years experience in SAP HR • At least 3 years experience in SAP Talent Management • At least 3 years experience in SAP HCM • English: Fluent Preferred• Bachelor's Degree
