Plans and coordinates training and development programs for staff level employees ensuring they are delivering a quality sales training experience to the sales agent and sales management team.
This position trains assigned instructors and supervisory personnel, conducts leadership development and implements adaptations to changes in policies, procedures, and technologies.
The Training Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all training projects, including training modules, in-person training, simulations, and assessments, are progressing at a rapid pace toward completion and with a high degree of quality.
This person will assist the Learning Designer/Developer in the creation of high-level sales and leadership modules for sales agents, sales coaches/managers, and sales trainers.
The position will also deliver training sessions with trainers to upgrade presentation, communication, and leadership skills. The Training Manager will be responsible for managing a staff of three and directing their efforts in affecting high-quality project outcomes.
The Training Manager will be responsible for daily administrative functions that directly impact the training department.
