Description
- Work with Process teams to ensure Functional Specs meet the level of detail and clarity so that accurate and precise technical design documents can be created - Be involved at the architectural level to ensure best practices and standards are in place specifically around CRM Development. Develop and implement new standards, best practices and process improvements where needed - Work with process teams and architects to monitor, configure, develop and support data replication between ECC and CRM - Work within the realms of the Enterprise Application Development team's QA methodologies and process to ensure solutions are efficient and stable - Work with other developers to develop quality Technical Designs and Code custom and/or enhance standard solutions - Work closely with other teams to ensure timely response and resolution of Production outages - Perform peer/QA reviews for both technical design and code to produce high quality solutions - Work with Process teams to support various testing efforts for the solutions that were built as part of the Enterprise Application Development team - Work closely with other technical teams (Basis/Security/Portal) to ensure solutions are operational and performing as designed - Job responsibilities will include a combination of Project Implementation and Production support
Requirements:
- Candidate should have at least 7 plus years of programming experience with 5 plus years working to build SAP CRM solutions - Candidate must have experience working with CRM 6.0 higher - Candidate must have broad experience across multiple areas of SAP (eg. ECC/SRM/XI) - Candidates should be proficient with the technical intricacies of SAP CRM. This includes proficiency in CRM WebUI Framework, CRM Middleware, IC Web, Web Dynpro, Object Oriented programming. Must also have experience and familiarity with ECC to ensure tight integration exists between systems related to CRM Middleware - Candidate should have thorough understanding of SAP CRM ECC integration via CRM Middleware - Candidate must have demonstrated leadership skills and capabilities in previous experience. They should be able to lead by influence versus mandate - Candidate must be able to guide and coach junior developers on the team - Ability to solve complex technical problems through research and technical analysis - Candidate must be well organized and have the ability to multi-task - Candidate must have excellent documentation and communication skills - Candidate must be well organized and have the ability to multi-task - Candidate must have the ability to work collaboratively across project teams - Candidate must be able to quickly adapt to changes in timeline and priorities - Candidate must be able to work off-hours when required and be flexible - BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
