UNISYS COBOL Programmer
Computer Aid, Inc. is looking to expand our existing UNISYS team located inAlbany,NY. We are currently seeking mainframe professionals with UNISYS 1100, 2200 COBOL programming experience.
The project duration is a one year duration, with 2 likely 1 year extensions. CAI has excellent benefits available.
COBOL programming on Unisys 1100, 2200 series or ClearPath mainframes
UnisysECL (Executive Control Language to build JOB streams)
TIP and/or DPS
DATABASE: DMS-1100 or DMS-2200
System analysis and design
Program, unit and integrated testing
Real-time transaction programming
Structured programming techniques, including system analysis and design; code reviews; and integrated testing
Advanced programming techniques, including indexed sequential and random access file structures; table handling with subscripts and indices; binary and serial search; and subroutines using COBOL linkage and common storage structures.
