Job Description :
Provide leadership and support to a multi-shift manufacturing group, ensuring departmental Business Plan (BP) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), plant strategies and objectives are met. Ensure consistency and fairness across all teams. Coach, counsel and develop team supervisors. Lead group to successful achievement of Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP). Monitor operations and processes within area of responsibility, to ensure consistency within the group.
Job Requirements :
