Position Overview:
Reporting to the Director of Integrated Solutions,you will enable the Integrated Solutions team todeliver world class EMR partnerships and connectivity to streamline patient care and electronic vitals capture.
You willdrive EMR relationships and create a formal EMR program establishing different tiersof partnership. You will partner closely with the Integrated Solutions and Global Category teams to incorporate EMR requests into new product development projects anddefine the next generation of connectivity and process for EMR integration.

Working with Welch Allyn's Top US Ambulatory Care EMR partners,you will define new integrated solutions thatdeliver streamlined works flows and patient care in Ambulatory Care settings.
Thru driving more effective strategic planningwith the Global Category teams to define Connectivity and Integrated Solutions at product conception, you will furtherincrease Welch Allyn's Platform Architecture and the sale of Welch Allyn software and services.
You will partner with Business Development and other Integrated Solutions team members to evaluate 3rd party partnerships thatwill leverage our EMR connectivity to expand our platform integration and gateway strategic objectives Required Background:
You have a Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent, and your marketing experience in the healthcare industry and EMR partner relations is desired. You have solid, multifaceted project and process/program management skills. Your experience with integrated connected solutions and comfort with IT concepts are a significant advantage. You are known getting results through others without direct authority and for being a strong communicator. You have capability to develop and maintain industry wide and functional networks and relationships. While you can think strategically, you also can act tactically to drive and deliver results.
