APC is seeking a Technical Support Engineer III (TSEIII) for our Fiat Power support team. This individual will need to provide high-end technical support to APC's most valued customers. Essential functions: Provide first level technical support for APC's fiat power product lines; Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems relating to the fiat power product line; train, mentor and support TSE'S; Work with Tiger Team, Test & Evaluation, Platform Engineering and Product Management Teams to ensure quality of APC power products; participate in trainings, reseller/trade shows as necessary; ability to provide 7 x 24 customer support. The ideal candidate will have: a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Technical degree preferred); 5-9 years of field service experience or equivalent; demonstrated the importance of customer satisfaction in current job; ability to learn and effectively utilize APC's CRM tool (Siebel), Lotus Notes and Excel; understanding of APC products and how they integrate into customer networks; UPS power product knowledge is a must; excellent oral and written communication skills a must.
