Develop strong client relationships at all levels - executive, management and staff. * Conduct user research, applying techniques such as contextual inquiry and persona development, task analysis, card sorting, heuristic evaluations, and usability testing to collect data upon which a usable design is created and/or improved. * Create user profiles, usage scenarios, organizational models, task and workflows, information architecture, storyboards, interface design and functional specifications and design prototypes/wireframes, based on user research and client data. * Analyze user research data and create and deliver findings and design recommendations in concise reports/presentations that communicate issues, resolutions and end risks and results. * Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to map user research and input from users and business stakeholders to the client's business objectives. * Incorporate customer and market feedback into current and future product requirements. * Create, evaluate, and modify low-fidelity (paper/pencil) prototypes to support development process.
