TERMS OF REFERENCE
Documentum Developer

The company has implemented a Documentum (v6.5) based application to serve as its institutional document repository supporting thousands of users located in country offices throughout the world. We are looking for two experienced and motivated Documentum developers who can help us to maintain and further enhance the application and to build integrations with several key client applications through custom API development.

The following technical and professional skills are required:

1. Webtop customization (WDK expertise)
2. Extending BOF with TBOs and SBOs
3. DFC API programming experience
4. Writing and configuring Java methods
5. Documentum Composer IDE
6. Application integrations using DFC. DFS, BPS, or Web Services (REST/SOAP)
7. In-depth work experience in object-oriented design & programming
8. Strong in both server and client-side technologies, especially AJAX
9. Track record in developing performance optimized web applications
10. Able to resolve challenging problems in collaboration with other developers and teams
11.
Experience in the following areas is considered nice-to-have:

1. Captiva scanplus/indexplus applications
2. Content Transformation Services
3. Search-based DQLs (FAST, xPlore)
4. BOCS and ACS
5. CVS for source control
6. Siteminder authentication
7. Consuming SAP BAPIs
8. Ruby/JRuby on Rails development
9. jQuery or other javascript libraries
10. Memcached or other caching systems
