Responsibilities* Provide technical development in Java and Oracle technologies to meet critical business needs for Regulatory Affairs.* Work directly with staff at all levels in Regulatory Affairs to understand their information management needs, gather requirements and quickly provide high quality solutions.* Code, test, and document prototype and production quality systems.* Maintain and enhance existing applications.* Experience with agile software development processes, quickly developing systems that can adapt to changing business processes is required.* Experience with a wide range of tools and technologies with a focus on Java/J2EE technologies, including Linux/Unix, WebLogic, Eclipse, and XML* Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize new tools, technologies and techniques.* Experience with relational database design and development in Oracle and report generation tools, e.g. Crystal Reports.* Demonstrated leadership in the development, implementation, integration and support of a wide range of scientific and business applications.* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
