Designs, configures and maintain the Army Training Network
and all associated developmental websites. Insures the website is available to the desired audience with appropriate links and security. Develops, assesses and communicates website usage and security policies and procedures. Designs web page layout, graphics, color schemes and infrastructure to maintain a cohesive website based on the organization's communications strategies and goals. Researches and evaluates new related technologies. Plan, design, test, modify, and coordinate the installation of a variety of
web-based applications, and instructional media for
Department of Defense (DOD) end users. Assess web
usability, perform beta testing, and provide system training.
Basic Qualifications: B.S. Computer Information Systems
3 to 5 years of programming experience:
Proficient Languages and PC Skills: SQL, , HTML,
CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, C#,
Proficient Developmental Tools: Visual Studio, SQL Server
Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: MCTS: .NET Framework 4, Web Application; MCPD: Web Developer 4
