What are your primary recruiting strategies? What is the hiring process? Dependent on position, typically two-to-three-phase interview process with full back ground and screening process interviews include HR, actual hiring manager, and also typically potential peer employees as well. Certs are important, but we help all of our people obtain the proper certifications as needed, we want the right people that can grow not necessarily someone with all the certifications but known of the soft skills to be a good employee.
