    • Lead technology integration activities to enable state-of-the-art 3D DRAM, working on device components such as charge storage devices and thin-film transistors (TFTs), among others.

    • Develop and integrate new device architectures, from conception on paper through productization in silicon. Optimize process flows and implement creative solutions to meet product requirements.

    • Evaluate operating and failure mechanisms, sources of noise and variability, and apply fundamental principles to optimize device performance.

    • Design and execute experiments in our R&D fab by engaging with numerous cross-functional teams including process development, product engineering, design, yield enhancement, probe, and other teams.

    • Lead / participate in continuous yield improvement by reacting to inline data, defect data, param data and probe data.

    • Summarize complex problems, define solutions, and drive the team to implement them by effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.

    Qualifications:

    • You have a detailed knowledge of mainstream memory technologies such as DRAM, NAND, etc. acquired through significant proven contributions.

    • You are familiar with the challenges and opportunities facing alternative memory technologies.

    • You have strong understanding of semiconductor process integration and process development.

    • You have a strong functional knowledge of semiconductor device physics and materials science.

    • You have a meticulous approach to experiment design and data analysis, including theoretical and statistical applications.

    • You are familiar with circuit/architecture issues as they relate to memory.

    • You have proven project management skills and experience driving cross-functional technical teams .

    Education:

    • MS or PhD in Physics, Materials Science & Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar technical field

    • 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
