    In this position...

    Oversee technical support for various learning and training platforms used by our dealership network.

    Analyze platform usage data for trends and training opportunities.

    Develop comprehensive support resources, including guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting documentation.

    What you'll do...

    Create and maintain standard response scripts for the most common user errors.

    Analyze usage data across platforms to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing dealer training.

    Craft and maintain scripts for data analysis, contributing to the strategic development of our training programs.

    Adapt and refine support strategies to align with the evolving needs of our dealerships and the automotive industry.

    Collaborate on change management: Utilize your experience in change management to work with internal SMEs to execute change management with dealerships through transitions as new tools or practices are introduced.

    You'll have...

    A bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, or related field.

    At least 2 years' experience in technical support, IT, or similar roles, with a preference for automotive industry backgrounds.

    Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.

    Excellent communication abilities, with a knack for explaining technical concepts.

    Experience building in and supporting digital adoption programs like WalkMe or WhatFix.

    Collaborative skills in a dynamic team environment.

    Data analysis and basic scripting knowledge.

    Even better, you may have...

    Deep understanding of automotive sales processes and dealership operations.

    Technical certifications or professional development.

    Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online educational platforms.
