As an Ariba Procure to Pay (P2P) Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our Ariba Purchase to Pay system and supporting our Procurement department in data collection and analytics. What You Will Need to Succeed:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in maintaining Ariba Purchase to Pay (P2P) systems.

• Proficiency in pulling data from ERP systems such as SAP.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interactions with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

• Excellent cognitive thinking abilities with analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and analysis.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues independently and collaboratively.

• Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access), with expertise in VLOOKUPS, IF Statements, Pivot Tables, and data extraction techniques.

Responsibilities

Ariba Purchase to Pay (P2P) Specialist:

• Work with the Ariba team to maintain and enhance the Ariba P2P system.

• Add and maintain users and user approval groups.

• Manage vendor information, including creating and maintaining Punchout Catalogs, CIF catalogs, and Blanket Purchase Orders.

• Assist users with Ariba-related queries and issues.

• Ensure smooth transaction flow through the Ariba system, including approving Purchase Requisitions and resolving Invoice Reconciliations.

Procurement Data Specialist

• Collaborate with the Procurement department to gather data from various systems, primarily SAP ERP.

• Analyze data and create Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations for data visualization.

• Contribute to ad hoc projects and assist in maintaining the Spend Analytics tool.

Requirements to Succeed

• Experience maintaining Ariba Purchase to Pay (P2P) systems.

• Proficiency in pulling data from ERP systems such as SAP.
