Robert Half is hiring an Audio Visual/Desktop Technician for a contract to hire role in Philadelphia.

25% travel

Audio Visual/Desktop Technician with expertise in both Audio Video conference room deployments and Desktop Support.

Support for video conference room deployment

• Administered all desktop computer support including hardware and software installation and imaging configuration.

• Assisted with desktop support, hardware and software installation, and troubleshooting.

• Provided Active Directory support by adding and removing laptops and workstations as necessary for system deployment.

• Configured Laptops to company specifications for every new employee.

• Providing AV Technical Support to users by setup, test, maintain, operate, and tear down all audiovisual (AV) and videoconference (VTC) equipment, e.g., video data projection systems, computers, audio- and videoconference equipment, microphones, video cameras, audio systems, and control systems.

• Deployment of audio and video solutions within Microsoft Teams

• AV Crestron, Polycom, MS Teams

Requirements

• Knowledge of Active Directory and Configuration Management

• Ability to handle Deployments and Deskside Support

• Comfortable with Audio Video and Audio Visual technologies

• Experience with Crestron and Polycom Video Conferencing
