    Jacobs, a prominent global aviation consulting firm comprised of over 400 dedicated aviation professionals, is seeking highly motivated individuals to work in our Facility Planning Practice. Jacobs looks for outstanding candidates with strong credentials and a passion for client service, who enjoy working as part of a team on cutting-edge projects for U.S. and International airport clients.

    As an Aviation Planner/Consultant you'll play an important role in planning and directing complex technical analyses for a variety of projects. You'll focus on leading the development of concept plans, facility requirements, space analyses, strategic business plans, implementation of findings and presenting recommendations to client and stakeholder groups, and documenting study methodologies and results in technical reports. You'll work on projects including terminal area plans, master plans, airfield layouts, landside ground transportation facility plans, business planning and sustainability studies.

    The base salary range for this position is $51,600 to $118,900. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

    Here's what you'll need :

    § An undergraduate degree in architecture, engineering, planning, mathematics, or a related field

    § Up to 5 years of architecture, or planning experience

    § Excellent problem solving abilities and task management skills

    § Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

    § Knowledge of analytical techniques and related tools including statistical, spreadsheet, database, simulation, and spatial/graphical analysis applications

    § Strong spatial analysis and graphic capabilities (PowerPoint and Photoshop preferred; InDesign and Illustrator experience a plus)

    § Interest in airports and aviation

    § Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and clients

    § Collaborative and team-oriented as well as highly resourceful and self-directed

    § Knowledge of analytical techniques and related tools including statistical, spreadsheet, database, simulation, and spatial/graphical analysis applications

    Ideally, you'll also have:

    § Aptitude in AutoCAD, ArcGIS, other relevant training
