    Position Summary

    SolomonEdwards is searching for a Banking Operations Analyst professional to support the Project Manager. The work is creating and writing reports and providing coordination between the project team.

    Essential Duties

    This position provides key professional, business, and technical skills to our client. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    • Provide support to Bank Operations Project Manager by writing reports for progress of project. Both written and created reports.

    • Provide coaching and mentoring for staff through training development to ensure bank operations team are achieving accurate and desired results.

    • Review policies and procedures, identify gaps and recommend business process improvements.

    • Establish an accountability strategy to avoid department roadblocks and ensure success.

    • Ensure proper segregation of duties, develop, and maintain workflows and documentation for all stages of bank operations processes.

    Position Requirements

    • A 4-year undergraduate degree in a related field is highly preferred.

    • A minimum of 8 years of experience in banking operations and management within a large banking environment is needed.

    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel are required.

    • Prefer Access and SQL

    • Excellent interpersonal skills, establishing strong working relationships and promoting effective communication strategies across multiple workstreams.

    • Experience with developing and executing plans, meeting deadlines, coordinating timelines and efforts and operating under tight time constraints.

    Travel Requirements: 100% travel to client site, to be disclosed at later date.

    Salary range $45-50/hr W2. Plus, per diem and expenses paid. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
