Primary Responsibilities - Interfacing with Financial advisors, their staff and private bankers to resolve complex servicing issues and escalations - Reviewing documentation, analyzing and preparing appropriate recommendation for insurance, escrow, taxes or any other issue that may arise during the life of the loan - Providing High Touch/White Glove single point of contact for advisors and bankers until issue resolution. - Interfacing with sub-servicer Cenlar to drive the appropriate action and demand the high service level that advisors and Client clients expect
