Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will support the eCommerce Customer Service system needs for all North America VF Brands. You will work collaboratively with Customer Service and Direct to Consumer teams to support business requirement definition and support users in systems usage.

How You Will Make a Difference

• Provide end user systems support by answering questions, providing training as needed, and troubleshooting solutions.

• Be responsible for project requirements gathering, system design, project coordination and user acceptance testing.

• Act as a liaison between the Business and Digital Technology on system issues and resolution.

• Provide communication to brands on system issues, changes and upgrades.

• Assist brands in process design and solutions to support brand goals.

• Monitor support ticket trends, provide ticket analytics to brands, resolve root cause and support brands in ticket escalation.

• Serve as the go to support person for end users.

• Liaise business requirements from different sources, producing integrated views.

Skills for Success

Years of Related Professional Experience: One year of relevant experience

Educational Position Requirements: A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience in relevant industry preferred

• Excellent written and oral communication skills and attention to detail

• Ability to analyze large quantities of data

• Ability to travel to the Appleton, Wisconsin area up to 8 times per year

Hiring Range :

$58,400.00 USD - $73,000.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
