    Supply Chain System Support

    A Sell2Bell Business Systems Analyst is a subject matter expert specializing in applications used within the supply base. They serve as the primary contact point for external individuals who encounter disruptions related to these applications. Their role involves diagnosing access, assisting users, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to facilitate issue resolution. This position requires close collaboration with the SAP Solution Center, application developers, and business personnel to provide support for application maintenance, enhancement, deployment, and supplier-specific system issues.

    What you'll be doing as a Business Systems Analyst

    • Resolve incoming issues related to the Sell2Bell portal and Bell applications used by the supply base.

    • Conduct comprehensive analysis to determine requirements.

    • Create and maintain supplier user accounts, ensuring smooth access to Bell's systems.

    • Develop and maintain supplier training materials and conduct supplier training sessions to encourage proper system usage.

    • Host one-on-one meetings with suppliers, gathering detailed information and leveraging your understanding of supplier needs to contribute valuable insights.

    • Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements and actively participate in IT projects, serving as a representative for supplier processes.

    • Ensure technology solutions align with and enhance supplier interactions and operations.

    Qualifications

    • Possess a positive customer service mindset, prioritizing swift resolution to supplier issues.

    • Excellent communication skills to ensure a seamless experience for suppliers.

    • Ability to independently resolve supplier issues, demonstrating resourcefulness and adaptability, and collaborating effectively with the team when necessary.

    • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    • Efficiently able to manage documents, data, and communication.

    • Proven track record of communicating with Bell Suppliers, understanding supplier needs, building relationships, and facilitating effective collaboration.

    What you need to be successful

    • Proficiency in navigating procurement processes and understanding supply chain dynamics.

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Management (related degrees or experience in lieu of a degree could be considered).

    • 3 years of relevant experience is required.
