    Role:

    Our Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Credit Union's digital services and all integrated third-party systems. The overall responsibility is to improve operational efficiency, and member experience while providing actionable insights and analyses to leverage or better utilize the Credit Union's technology framework.

    What you will be doing:

    • Improve operational efficiency by better leveraging the existing technology stack.
    • Proactively seeks opportunities to effectively manage the Credit Union's digital services by becoming the subject matter expert in all applicable systems, determining best practices, and helping to develop the digital roadmaps that align with strategic objectives.
    • Support the Credit Union's ongoing digital product management efforts and campaigns to include performance reporting and insights.
    • Manages and creates unique analyses that lead to actionable insights within the digital platform.
    • Assists and occasionally lead various digital services related projects.
    • Performs additional job-related duties as assigned.

    What you'll bring along

    • (1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
    • 1-2 years of similar digital services experience in a financial services organization.
    • Work involves personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
    • Experience working with Loan Origination System preferred.
    • Experience account opening within Meridian Link preferred.
    • Ability to work cross functionally with applicable departments.
    • Must be available to work overtime and Saturdays, as needed.
    • Must be bondable.
