  • TEKsystems is seeking entry level Customer Service professionals to work with a major name in the healthcare industry- with the ability to work from home after training!

    This position provides a excellent work life balance!!!

    Employment Type: 9 month contract with possible extension to go permanent with the company.

    Pay: $15.50/hr. starting (higher pay rates may be offered based on experience)

    Location: Columbia, South Carolina, 29229

    Training: 6-8 weeks fully onsite during training, Monday - Friday

    Schedule after training: Assigned an 8 hour shift in between the hours of 8am - 8pm (must be available for any shifts within this time frame to

    be considered for the role)

    PROJECT OVERVIEW

    Provides prompt, accurate, thorough, and courteous responses to all customer inquiries. Performs research as needed to resolve inquiries. Ensures

    effective customer relations by responding accurately, timely and courteously to telephone, written, web, or walk-in inquiries. Accurately documents

    inquiries. Initiates or processes adjustments or performs other research as needed to resolve inquiries. Coordinates with other departments to resolve

    problems.

    DUTIES

    • Provides prompt, accurate, thorough and courteous responses to all customer inquiries.

    • Performs research as needed to resolve inquiries.

    • Ensures effective customer relations by responding accurately, timely and courteously to telephone, written, web, or walk-in inquiries.

    • Accurately documents inquiries.

    • Initiates or processes adjustments or performs other research as needed to resolve inquiries.

    • Coordinates with other departments to resolve problems.

    • Maintains accurate records on complaints and/or other customer comments, and makes recommendations for changes to management.

    • Follows through on complaints until resolved or reports to management as needed

    • Identifies and promptly reports and/or refers suspected fraudulent activities and system errors to the appropriate departments.

    TOP SKILLS

    • Data entry experience - must be able to use Microsoft Office products

    • Customer Support - need a minimum of 1 year of experience either in a call center or a role that requires inbound call use (receptionist, front desk, dispatcher, call center, etc.)

    • Typing experience - need to be able to update information in the system while on the phone with customers
