    SUMMARY

    Kelly Scientific is hiring a recent scientific or healthcare graduate for an exciting entry level role within Clinical Research! We are supporting a company devoted to oncology trials who will benefit from hiring a motivated and enthusiastic candidate ready to begin their career. Apply immediately if you are interested!

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    \t

    • Assist in processing radiological images received for client projects in accordance with standard operating procedures\t

    • Enter clinical trial data into data collection tools\t

    • Conduct quality control review of clinical trial data\t

    • Conduct data review of CRFs, eCRFs, reports, or data listings, as applicable\t

    • Generate, track, and close queries for images, reports, CRFs, eCRFs, as applicable\t

    • Conduct data/image transfers, as applicable\t

    • Monitor radiology readers for applicable on site reads\t

    • Track conduct of DE/QC activities\t

    • Generate and/or quality control review Diagnostic and Summary Reports\t

    • Support data analysis activities\t

    • Support database lock activities\t

    • Support study closeout and reconciliation activities\t

    • Conduct UAT activities for data collection and transfer systems/tools\t

    • Maintain both paper and electronic project files in accordance with standard operating procedures\t

    • Advocate compliance with all standard operating procedures\t

    • Contribute to generation of Study Specific Procedures (SSPs)\t

    • Contribute to generation study specific reports\t

    • Contribute to generation of study specific data collection tools/databases\t

    • Assist Clinical Data Manager with any requested task\t

    • Assist with training and monitoring of Clinical Data Assistants\t

    • Update appropriate study team members and management with task, deliverable, and project statuses. Coordinate efforts to ensure on time completion of high quality deliverables to both internal and external partners and customers\t

    • Perform other tasks as needed

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    \t

    • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare division preferred.\t

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage clinical data\t

    • Working knowledge and competence in using MS Office and internet applications required\t

    • Data entry experience/competence required; exposure to electronic data capture for clinical trials preferred\t

    • Working knowledge of medical terminology preferred\t

    • Knowledge of clinical trials and/or healthcare industries preferred

    • Must have the ability to multitask and work under pressure\t

    • Must have strong time management and organizational skills. Prioritizing workload to the changing needs of the day to day business is a critical skill.\t

    • Able to quickly and accurately assess the importance of a phone call, email, or document and take appropriate action to involve the appropriate parties\t

    • Work precisely according to all procedures, rules and regulations\t

    • Must maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive data, records, files, conversations, etc.\t

    • Self-motivated and able to grasp new concepts quickly
