    A Complaint Investigation Quality Technician is needed for a medical technology company focused on the repair, regeneration and replacement of soft and hard tissue in the Memphis, TN area. This position involves supporting the complaint investigation process by conducting root cause analyses, documenting findings, and coordinating the evaluation of returned medical devices, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

    education: High School

    responsibilities

    • Perform medical device complaint investigations, including root cause investigations and product evaluation.

    • Document investigation results and conclusions within the complaint management system.

    • Decontaminate returned devices before routing them through the complaint handling process.

    • Facilitate product complaint investigations by transferring devices returned for investigation.

    • Prepare and ship parts and product to other investigation sites, if required.

    • Ensure the depth of investigation aligns with the criticality of the complaint.

    • Continually track open and in-process device complaint investigations.

    • Complete all required customer complaint investigations accurately, professionally, and in a timely manner.

    • Provide documented evidence of investigation and conclusions.

    Education

    • Minimum High School Diploma (or equivalent), with a 2-year technical degree preferred.

    Licenses/Certifications/Competencies/Experience:

    • Competencies: Detail Oriented, ability to work in a team environment, organization skills, ability to read specifications.

    • Experience with utilization of Pilgrim or TrackWise (preferred).
