    Responsibilities

    What You'll Do

    • + The Concur Analyst is responsible for assisting with system maintenance and administration. The analyst will assist with partnering with managers and vendors to recommend, implements, plan for improvements, and application access provisioning. This position also serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, audit requirements, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities

      • Assist with system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing, and implementation of Concur system upgrades or patches.
    • Collaborates with functional areas and technical staff to coordinate application upgrades or fix.

    • Maintains Concur system tables.

    • Assist with Concur projects such as new contract setup from start to finish while understanding the business structure, system requirements and managing the projects to achieve target scope and delivery deadline.

    • Perform analysis of existing business processes, technical design, identify and evaluate possible re-configuration/ solutions in response to business issues and challenges.

    • Research and resolve unexpected results or process flaws and deploy a timely solution.

    • Execute and monitor daily maintenance activities including but not limited to role assignments, security audits, organization setup, etc.

    • Conducts training, including developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation.

    • Trains clients on new processes/functionality.

    • Trains new system users.

    • Generates reports/queries, including writing maintaining, and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.

    • Assists in the development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.

    • Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.

    • Maintains the highest ethical personal and professional standards.

    • Other projects and initiatives as assigned within the People Application Organization.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

      • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.

    • Experience:

    • Minimum of four (4) years' related work experience.

    • Other Requirements:

    • Traveling and working overtime to include some weekends.

    • U.S. Citizenship required.

    Desired Qualifications:

      • Certifications/Licenses:
    • Concur Certification is preferred.

    • Experience:

    • Concur Travel Expense, and Invoice experience is highly preferred.

    • Previous Professional experience in the Manufacturing or Aerospace & Defense industry is a plus.

    • SAP experience preferred.

    • UKG experience is a plus.

    • Microsoft Office 365 suite

    • SAP Concur Application

    • HCMS (UKG)

    • Timekeeping (UTA and Oracle)

    • ERP finance systems (SAP, S4, Oracle, & IFS)

    • Technology:

    • Personal computer, printer, copy machine and other general office equipment.

    • The successful candidate's starting pay will be based on, but not limited to, their job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.

    • The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.

    • USD $65,000 - 115,000

    • Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States.
