Construction Technician

Aerotek is looking for Construction Laborers in Baltimore, Maryland for a site development company!

Description: Aerotek's client is a leading Site Development company is the DMV. They are currently ISO 4 Construction Laborer's to join their team in Rosedale, Maryland. The Construction Laborers will be responsible for setting up the job site, digging trenches, filling in holes, assisting operators, pipelayers, foreman and cleaning the job site.

Job Duties:

• Operate skid steer, bobcat, and other equipment as necessary

• Site development projects.

• Work on 80% subdivision development projects and commercial projects.

• Clean and prepare a job site, load and deliver materials, and shovel dirt.

• Assist foreman as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year construction labor experience

• Skid steer is a plus

• Ability to operate equipment according to safety procedures
