    An employer is looking for a Contact Center Engineer with experience in NICE inContact for a contract role that can sit remotely. This engineer will join an enterprise healthcare company based out of Louisville, KY and work to help streamline calls from their different contact centers across the country in hopes to provide further insight on the business workforce management, reporting & analytics and quality. The team is currently using NICE inContact that has been built into RingCentral and it would be beneficial if a employee had experience working with UCCX 12. On top of strong administration skills, an ideal employee must possess studio scripting skills to be successful in this position. This employee must also be comfortable training and skill sharing to the team so other are comfortable working with the tool.

    Skills and Requirements

    - 1-5 years of experience completing administration work with NICE inContact

    o Able to create new agents, assign POCs, manage scripts

    - Expertise working with Studio Scripting or CXone Studio

    - Strong communication and team collaboration experience

    - Past experience/comfortable training or teaching others about NICE inContact - Previous experience working with UCCX 12 (Unified Contact Center Express -- Cisco's product) null
