    Overview:

    Content and Graphic designer specialist is a role responsible for executing the design for digital asset production to supplement digital production from the strategic partner. Content and Graphic designer will serve as the modular digital asset expert across the organization and will be responsible for overall in-house content management and creation. The ideal candidate will possess a design background that enables them to take existing campaigns and build digital and tactical assets that align to brand needs.

    Responsibilities

    • Execute design for in-house digital asset production

    • Liaise effectively with external brand creative agencies to pull-through brand creative and strategy into digital and other tactical assets

    • Assist in creative development process: provide guidance at creative brief, perform a half-way review, and validate all creatives before content go-public

    • Jump in to produce quick-turnaround content as needed, maintaining the ability to work fast without sacrificing quality

    • Serve as the project owner to shepherd content that is created through internal PRC review process

    • Build brand accessible digital asset library for all channels and all commercial teams

    • Stay up to date with latest industry trends, content management systems, and technological advancements that can be leveraged for content development

    • Work closely with brand creative agencies to align with creative best practices per platform, per format, per business objective, etc.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field

    • 2+ years graphic design experience

    • Experience with creative agency specialized in digital formats

    • Visual expert in Ad Tech companies (e.g., DoubleClick, Facebook, TubeMogul), or DCO (e.g., DoubleClick Studio)

    • Deep knowledge of creative format specificities

    • Deep understanding of creative effects that generate engagement on digital including video

    • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

    • Experience designing fun & creative social media assets including video

    • Additional experience with animation, gifs, and typography

    • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint

    • Provide a strong digital portfolio

    Note: This role is eligible for our hybrid work schedule allowing for up to 2 days/week of telecommuting from home and 3 days/week in our Bridgewater, NJ corporate office.
